REVOIR UN PRINTEMPS 2017

A wink to the better days that come after winter, Revoir un printemps is a light, pale dry rose made from 80% Aladasturi from Vartsikhe and 20% Tsitska from Terjola, both villages in Imereti.

Aladasturi harvest took place the 26th of October. Although a small part of the harvest was made as a red wine in order to get color, most of the grapes were pressed directly. After a light debourbage, juice was transferred into a Qvevri for fermentation.

The wine stayed in Qvevri for 2 months and then was racked to a 350L oak barrel to increase complexity.

The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with a minimal amount of So2.

Production : 400 bottles
