Anuka
2022

Anuka is made from 100% tsitska from Terjola, village rupoti. 

It is a direct press and the juice is fermented 90% in barrels and 10% in Qvevri.

Tsitska was harvest the 1st of October.

The wine was bottled unfined with a minimal amount of So2.

​

Production : 900 bottles

 

Tasting notes 

In the glass, a light yellow color.

Nose is very fresh and fruity. Hints of pear, flowers and almond.

The mouth is rich, fresh and complex. 

 

  • Alcohol : 12 %

  • Ph : 3,3

  • TA : 6,6 g/l

  • VA : 0,9 g/l

  • SO2 total : 24 mg/l 

  • SO2 free : 6 mg/l
