Exile On Caucasus is an amber wine made of 100% Rkatsiteli coming from 2 iconic terroirs: Uroebi and Tsarapi.

Grapes were harvested the 11th of September and the 25th of September.

70% of the harvest was destemmed and put in Qvevri for a skin contact maceration of 14 days.

After the spontaneous fermentation the wine was pressed and racked to Qvevri and old 350L French barrels.

The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with a minimal amount of So2.

Production : 2500 bottles
