Anuka is made from 80% tsitska from Terjola, village rupoti and 20% Tsolikouri from Lechkhumi, Tsiliamieri.
It is a direct press and the juice is fermented 100% in barrels.
The wine was bottled unfined with a minimal amount of So2.

Tasting notes
In the glass, a light yellow color.
Nose is very fresh and fruity. Hints of pear, flowers and almond.
The mouth is rich, fresh and complex. Bright minerality from limestone.
