A wink to the better days that come after winter, Revoir un printemps is a dry rose made from 60% Tsitska from Terjola, 10 % Dzelshavi from Imereti, 30% Aladasturi from Vartsikhe.

Tsitska was harvest the 19th of September and was direct pressed, fermentation took place in Qvevri and old French oak.

Aladasturi was picked on the 11th of October and was direct pressed, fermentation took place in barrel.

​

​The final blend was aged both in Qvevri and old oak barrel.

​

The wine was bottled unfined with a minimal amount of So2.

Qvevri went through a coarse filtration.

Production : 1000 bottles

In the glass, a vivid pink color.

Nose is exotic with hints of grape fruit and melon with nuances of spices and flint.

The mouth is rich, fresh and complex. Grapefruit, pomegranate and white pepper are followed by a crisp finish and length.
