Mariam 2023



Direct press of 50% Goruli Mstvane and 50% of Chinuri in Qvevri coming from Igoeti and Lamiskana.
Harvest took place the 20 th of September and 3rd of October for our Chinuri..
Wine was fermented and aged 50% in oak barrels under flor and 50% in Qvevri for 6 months.
Bottled unfined with a minimal amount of So2.
Production : 500 bottles
In the glass, a light yellow color with amber hue.
The nose is very expressive, pears ,with nuances of ginger.
The mouth is refreshing, lemon with fresh apricots supported by hints of acacia honey.
Long and bright finish that highlights wine’s sapidity and soul.
