Mariam 2018

Mariam (d'une mer à l'autre in 2017)  is an amber wine made from Chinuri from Okami and Lamiskana.

Harvest took place the 19th and 29th of September. Grapes were sorted and half was direct pressed, half fermented whole cluster in Qvevri during 3 weeks.

After this period of maceration the wine was racked to an old Domaine Lamy oak barrel to accomplish aging.

The wine was bottled unfined and went through a coarse filtration.

In case of natural sediments, we recommend to decant the wine before to serve.

Production : 450 bottles
